Not all support needs to look like weekly therapy. We offer practical, flexible options to help you understand your child, respond with confidence, and make changes in everyday life — at home, in routines and in relationships.
Not sure where to start? We’ll help you find the right fit.
Sometimes the biggest changes don't come from adding more appointments
They come from
- understanding what's really going on
- knowing how to respond in the moment
- feeling confident inyour role as a parent/caregiver
These supports are designed to work alongside - building clarity, confidence, and practical strategies that carry over into daily life
For some families this is the starting point.
For others, it complements therapy and helps things "stick".
What we offer

INTENSIVE PARENT CONSULTATION (IPC)
Focused, practical support for parents and caregivers to help you make sense of your child's behaviour, regulation, and participation - and what to do next.
These sessions are about:
- understanding the "why" behind what you are seeing/experiencing
- making sense of patterns across home, school and daily routines
- developing clear, realistic strategies that you can use straight away
This is a good fit if:
- you're feeling stuck or unsure what's going on
- strategies you've tried aren't working
- you want guidance without committing to ongoing therapy (or there's a wait for 1:1 support)

PARENT/CAREGIVER LEARNING
In-person and online (coming soon) parent education sessions, to build your skills and knowledge across important developmental and relationship areas
Practical, no-jargon sessions aimed to build your skills, and give you clear, useable strategies (not just information)
Our "foundation" workshop:
Confident and Connected Children
Other topics include:
- Regulation
- Sensory Processing
- Toileting
- Mealtimes
- Sleep
- School readiness

PARENT/CAREGIVER GROUPS
Circle of Security parent group
A structured, evidence-informed program supporting relationships, emotional development, and behaviour.
Circle of Security helps you to:
- better understand your child’s emotional needs
- respond with greater confidence and clarity
- strengthen connection, even during challenging moments
This is a good fit if:
- behaviour feels overwhelming or confusing
- connection feels strained
- you want a deeper understanding of your child’s needs and your role in supporting them

SUPPORT THAT FITS YOUR FAMILY
You don't have to choose just one option
We often combine supports to suit your needs:
- Parent consultation → to build understanding
- Circle of Security → to strengthen connection
- Workshops → to build practical strategies
WHO IS THIS FOR
This approach may be a good fit if:
- you’re not ready for ongoing therapy (or there's a wait)
- you want to better understand your child first
- your child finds structured sessions challenging
- you’re looking for support in real-life situations
- you want to build your own skills and confidence
This approach allows you to move forward with confidence, without relying solely on therapy sessions.

These supports focus on helping you understand your child and build practical strategies in everyday life. Therapy typically involves working directly with your child in regular sessions, while these options support you as the key person in your child’s environment.
No — these supports are available whether or not your child is receiving therapy. For many families, this is the starting point.
For some families, yes. For others, this provides some support and direction before starting therapy, or alongside therapy to help strategies carry over into daily life. If therapy is recommended, we’ll talk that through with you.
That’s completely fine. Get in touch and we’ll help you work out a starting point based on your child, your concerns, and your goals.
Yes. Many families combine options — for example, starting with a parent consultation and then joining a group or workshop.
Some supports may be claimable depending on your plan and how they are delivered. We can talk this through with you before getting started.
We work with families of children aged 0–12 years.
